This family work shop will guide you on:
- how to talk with your family about your choices for final health care
- how to make decisions on specific medical issues and health conditions
- how to legally document your choices
- how to appoint someone as your “personal agent for health care”

Mentors Needed for Family Promise
Want to be a part of an exciting new ministry? Do you want to help families become successful and self-reliant? Do you have a heart of love for people and a willingness to listen and guide them? Come and hear about the new Family Mentoring Program that Family Promise is starting; matching mentors with families in order to help graduates achieve lasing independence. Please join us for our informational meeting on Tuesday August 31 at 7:00 pm at the First Christian Church of Lawrenceville, 3495 Sugarloaf Parkway. Dream House for Medically Fragile Children
needs volunteers willing to help with light house cleaning at their transition care home in Lilburn. A team from Redeemer is needed to provide one hour of cleaning each month. Ladies Bible Studies Coming Soon
MONDAYS
The Monday Morning Bible Study will begin a new series of study on Sep 13 at 9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall. This series “The Vision of His Glory; Finding Hope through the Revelation of Jesus Christ” by Ann Graham Lotz is a 7 week study based on the Book of Revelation. We will learn an effective way to read, study, and apply Scripture. It will help us find hope through the revelation of Jesus Christ and impart that vision of His glory to others. TUESDAYS
All ladies are invited to a Get Acquainted Kick-Off Brunch hosted by REFLECTIONS Ladies Bible Study on Tuesday Sep 7, 9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall. We will catch up on summer news, greet friends new and old, and introduce our first Fall study of ONE IN A MILLION by Priscilla Shirer, a six week study of “Entering into your Promised Land” ( Old Testament study). Please bring a brunch item to share and join us for this fun morning. If you have not been involved in Bible study and would like to try it out on Tuesdays from 9:30-11:30 am, this is a great opportunity for that, as well as for prayer support and care in a warm and loving atmosphere.
