Sunday Program for Children

RedeemerKIDZ (infant thru 5th grade)

Each child, from infant thru 5th grade, will be engaged with fun worship and focused Bible teachings during their time with us. All of our volunteers must pass a standard background check and have been through child safety training. For first-time visits, we ask our friends to provide some basic information so allow a little extra time to check-in.

Our friendly Nursery and Pre-K volunteers are ready to care for your children in Rooms 104, 105, and 106.

Children in Kindergarten thru 5th grades attend Kidz Church for their own special worship service the second through last Sundays of each month. Enter through our East wing doors and our Kidz volunteers will help you check-in. If you enter through our main front doors, take a left at the first hallway and you will find the check-in station at the end. On the first Sunday of each month, our 10:30 a.m. service is a special Family Worship Service and children join their families in the main sanctuary to worship and take communion together. We provide kid-friendly worship bags with fun activities to use during the family service and return as you leave.

Sunday Program for Students

(middle & high school students)

We encourage inter-generational community at Redeemer and offer our students an opportunity on Sunday mornings to be part of a ladies or men’s inter-generational Growth Group. They meet from 9:15-10:15 am. Through the studying of God’s word and praying together, faith grows. Through the sharing of life experiences, bonds are formed, helping each generation grow in their understanding and appreciation for each other.

Let us help you with your visit!

As you enter our parking lot(s), you will find ample parking. You can enter through either of our two entrances to gain easy access to our classrooms or the sanctuary. The larger entrance through the main doors provides quick access to the sanctuary and the lower East wing doors provide quick access to Redeemer Kidz check-in station.

Next, you will be greeted by our Connections Team. This team is here to welcome you, answer any questions you may have, and offer directions to Children’s Ministry check-ins, classrooms, etc.

To help you find your seat(s), you will meet our friendly Ushers. Let them know how many people are in your party, and they will guide you to the best seat(s) available.

Our worship service begins at 10:30am and typically lasts about an hour and twenty minutes. We recommend arriving early so you won’t feel rushed!

Dress comfortably. One of the things you’ll notice about Redeemer Church is that we are a very diverse community. You’ll feel right at home wearing anything from jeans to business casual. And if you prefer, men wear your best tie and ladies, your favorite dress!

We are offering childcare for ages 2-4 during both services. Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade will have an opportunity to attend Kidz Church with Children’s Director, Lynda Pearce. They will be dismissed in the sanctuary after announcements to meet Mrs. Lynda who will accompany the children to the Kidz Church room. An announcement will be made for dismissal in the sanctuary. At this time, we are not offering infant to one-year-old childcare.

We welcome children of all ages to join their family for worship in the sanctuary any time. We have fun worship bags each week filled with activities for preschool and elementary age children that you can pick up on your way in to the sanctuary and drop off as you leave. We also have a family room that has audio and viewing of the service for parents of small children who need to step out of the sanctuary for nursing or to let their little ones have freedom to move around. Just ask a Redeemer usher for directions.

We’d love the opportunity to meet you! As you enter the lobby for registration check-off and temp checks, our friendly Greeters enjoy welcoming you and making introductions. They can also offer directions to various areas on campus and answer any questions you may have.
