Joel’s passion for ministry is fueled by five words of Jesus, “I will build my church”, and he has pursued a lifetime calling to serve the Lord as He does that. Joel brings 25 years of experience as Senior Pastor of a church in Illinois and during the past several years has served as Transitional Pastor for churches in the Southeast and Midwest. He received his Doctor of Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Illinois. Joel is married to Deanna and they have 3 adult children and one grandchild. He enjoys tennis, guitar, reading, history, old westerns, action movies, travel, and biking.

Office & Finance Administrator

Vicki has ministered in church administration and finances more than 25 years. She attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, TX and Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. She has been married to Michael Adams for 42 years, and has two adult children, Kristy Sullivan and Matthew. Vicki enjoys cross stitch, sewing, reading, home decor projects, gardening, camping with her family, and she especially enjoys church choir.

Communications Director & Ministry Coordinator

Terri manages and directs communications at Redeemer, including design and production of print and digital media. Partnering with church and ministry leaders, she offers guidance on conveying their vision and communications priorities and assists with scheduling and coordinating ministry activities and events. Before starting in her current role in 2009, she served as Director of our Weekday Preschool & Kindergarten for 7 years and has been an active member of Redeemer since 1989. Terri is married to Gene and has 2 adult daughters and one grandson. She has a B.S. in Office Administration from Georgia State University and enjoys sewing, jewelry making, crafts, and most all kinds of creativity!

David is a graduate of Southeastern University with a degree in Practical Theology. He has a passion for youth and has had a desire to be a youth pastor since the age of 13. David desires to bring the love of Jesus Christ to youth by engaging them through discipleship, practical teaching and fun.

Cynthia Jordan

Interim Redeemer Kidz Director

Cynthia has been teaching the Bible to children and teens locally and internationally since 2009. She believes that children are the most vital part of any church and community so we should show them the love of Christ as early as possible. One of her favorite verses in scripture is Proverbs 22:6 –  “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Cynthia has 4 adult sons and 6 grandchildren and loves spending time with them. She enjoys reading and being outdoors camping and hiking.

Redeemer Choir Director

Becky has directed Redeemer Choir since July, 2006, and has been a member of Redeemer since 1996. She has a Music Therapy degree from Duquesne University, a Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Georgia, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Walden University. Becky has extensive musical experience as a producer, studio vocalist, live performer and show conductor. She has three grown sons, Andy, Zane and John-Henry, and is married to Rocky, also a musician.

Traci Dunlap

Weekday Preschool & Kindergarten Director

Traci brings tremendous experience and talent to our Weekday Preschool & Kindergarten program. She has a B.A. in Mass Media Arts and a Masters in Elementary Education. She’s taught a wide range of ages including Preschool, 1st, 5th, and 6th grades in both Chicago and Georgia. Traci is married to Erik and has 3 young children. She has no spare time for hobbies!
