FACILITY USE REQUEST
Facility use requests are reviewed by a designated team and final decisions on use are made by the Redeemer Elder Board which meets once a month. Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for a follow up email or phone call regarding the status or result of your submission. If needed, we may contact you for more details that will help in the usage decision.
Submitting this request does not guarantee use of the facility for your event. Please include as many details as possible regarding your event and set-up needs.
If you are requesting to use facilities for a gathering, group meeting, reception, or celebration and planning to offer beverages, please note that our church policy does not permit the consumption, possession, or distribution of alcoholic beverages on church property.
