WOMEN’S SUMMER BIBLE STUDY

Meets Mondays • 11am-1pm

New friends are always welcome!

During this last portion of summer, all ladies are invited to join us for a great casual opportunity to stay connected with friends or make new friends while learning more about the different prayers used throughout Scripture. New prayer topics each week so join in when you can during this short-term study! Meeting in the Community Room at Great Harvest Bread Company, 150 Athens Hwy, Ste 700, Loganville, 30052. Meets in Fellowship Room

Whether you’re new to Bible study or have been attending for years, all are welcome! Our sessions include prayer, discussion, and support as we journey through scripture together. Meets weekly in the fall, winter, and spring on Monday mornings from 9:30-11:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Room and is led by Lydia DeBoer. Living By Faith: Women Who Trusted God by Kelly King

For many people, faith is a religious word, confined to matters of spirituality. Faith, though, is far more than a belief system; biblical faith infuses all parts of life. Our faith is seen in the way we live our day-to-day lives: what we do, what we talk about, how we respond to circumstances, and more. Six women in the Bible faced unique challenges, yet their faith in God came to the forefront in the way they dealt with their situations. Revelation, by Jen Wilkin

Perhaps no other book of the Bible feels as inaccessible and as intimidating to us as the very last one. The book of Revelation overflows with images and ideas that confound our modern ears. But if all Scripture is God-breathed and profitable, we should assume Revelation is as accessible and helpful as any other book of the Bible. Why don’t we see it that way? Two thousand years ago, John’s Revelation was circulated and read aloud among seven churches in Asia Minor. Those who heard the letter understood it and drew encouragement from its message. The same can be true for you today. Discover how the last book of the Bible—the culmination of God’s great story—speaks both a steadying word of assurance and a strong call to endure to the church in every age.

LADIES BOOK CLUB

Ladies Book Club meets once a month to discuss books of all types—both fiction and non-fiction, serious and not too serious, recent and old. You’ll find a great evening of good conversation and warm fellowship! New friends are always welcome and you don’t have to be a Redeemer attender to participate.
